Children

Our children’s Sunday Club meets most Sunday mornings during term time. The club is open to children aged 4 to 11 years old.

A typical Sunday Club session opens with a prayer. The children are then encouraged to talk about the past week and guided into conversation on relevant topics. For example, they might be asked about ways in which they care for other people, or encouraged to comment on the Bible stories read to them.

The children participate in a range of creative activities, including drawing and painting, paper crafts, group singing and games. Every session ends with a prayer for the week ahead.

A summer and Christmas party are held every year and outings are arranged, such as trips to Southall Park and the Great Western Railway Museum.

If you would like to know more about our children’s ministry, please contact Dionne David at children@stgeorgesouthall.org.

The main aim of Sunday Club is for children to engage with Jesus in a fun and relevant way.
